Are there any items I can’t return?
Our 14day return applies across the whole range subject to a few common sense terms and conditions:
• Any product must be returned unused and unworn in the original packaging
• Products must be in a new and saleable condition
• If original packaging has been damaged or is missing then we will apply a 25% surcharge
• Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on any products or on certain personal or hygiene products
What if I receive a damaged, wrong or faulty item?
We take every care to ensure your wonderful purchase arrives in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, there might be a rare occasion where an item has been damaged during transit. In this case, please accept our sincere apologies and follow the instructions on How do I return an Item? and one of the team members will arrange for a replacement item.
If we have sent the wrong item, then shame on us. Please contact us immediately and follow the instructions on How do I return an Item? and one of the team members will arrange for a replacement item ASAP.
How will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive the item back to our warehouse, then we will process the return and refund the amount due back to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We can only refund to the original card and are unable to refund to a different card or via bank transfer.
How long will it take to process a refund?
We will process the return and refund to your card the same day we receive the returned item. We will email you as soon as this is done. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to show on your account.
Is there a time limit on returns?
You can return items for any reason up to 14days from the purchase date subject to the T&Cs mentioned above. If you’re past the 14 day return window, please contact us and we will see what is possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
For UAE customers, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are a regional customer, then we charge a nominal flat return fee of 45 AED that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How do I return an Item?
If you would like to return an item, contact us on the store email ID. We will email you a returns number and label that must be attached to the package.
